Caring for You

Kate Anderson is a Liverpool acupuncturist who has also been involved in running projects for unpaid carers in central Birkenhead. These projects put carers at the centre of being cared for. A combination of treatments and courses gave carers space to talk, relax, and have time to reflect on their own health and well-being.

Kate has recently been awarded funding by the European Social Fund to support Liverpool carers in receipt of a Carers allowance, and former carers on DWP benefits, with a programme of self-care education starting in September 2020. All courses, classes and treatments are free-of-charge. For further details, please contact Kate.
